Sept. 29--Michael Jackson and Madonna voice coach Seth Riggs and his wife, actress Margareta Svensson, have listed their home in Hancock Park for sale at $3.995 million.
The Italian Revival-style estate includes the rehearsal studios and concert-lecture room where superstars and legendary singers worked with Riggs.
Built in 1927, the main house is entered through a marble-floored foyer with a spiraling staircase. A step-down living room with a fireplace has French doors that open to rose gardens. There are also fireplaces in the great room, the mahogany paneled dining room and the master bedroom.
