Vogue Williams tells public 'not to hate' family after saying where they'll spend Christmas

Vogue Williams revealed she will be holidaying in St Barts again this Christmas with her husband’s royal in-laws.

Vogue and her former Made In Chelsea star hubby Spencer Matthews were in Ireland with their one-year-old son Theodore at the weekend to switch on the Christmas lights in Kildare Village.

And opening up about their Christmas plans, Vogue said they’ll be jetting off to the Caribbean Island where the Matthews own a luxury hotel.

Speaking to Glenda Gilson on Ireland AM, she said: “We absolutely love Christmas. Don’t hate us though, because we are going to St. Barts for Christmas. Theodore likes the water again, and he likes the sand."

Spencer added: “Yeah, it won’t be a nightmare where we put him in the sand before and he would just cry and all of a sudden you are not in the sand anymore.”

The pair were also spotted enjoying some R&R there last year, ringing in the New Year alongside the Spencer’s brother James and his wife Pippa Middleton just months after welcoming their first baby.

While the couple will be spending their holidays far from home, Vogue confirmed she has plans to buy a house in her hometown of Howth.

When asked if she was serious about putting down some solid roots in her native Dublin, Vogue responded: “I’m 100% going to do that.”

The 34-year-old added that she loves the double whammy of getting to work when she’s on trips home.

She explained: “I love coming home because I work and then I come home and I get to stay longer and just do fun stuff with my friends.”

They also told how they feel like they had their baby Theodore “at the perfect time”.

Vogue said: “I think that we were ready for a baby and it kind of chilled us out a lot and it’s the life that we like now.”

“We don’t really have hangovers in our house anymore.”

She joked: “They’re actually scary now.”

Meanwhile, the doting wife took to Instagram to praise Spencer for giving up alcohol before the birth of their son Theodore last year.

She wrote: “So unbelievably proud of my husband and best friend @spencermatthews.

“He has always been incredible to me but to watch how he’s transformed his life over the last 18 months has made me love and admire him even more.”

She added: “Since becoming sober he’s been working on his own project, the @cleanliquor company.

“I truly believe that the way we drink is changing and @cleanliquor is going to make a massive difference to so many peoples lives including my own.”
