Vogue Williams revealed her son Theodore had an accident at home in recent days.
Theo suffered with a swollen lip which could be seen in the two latest snaps on his mum's Instagram.
The model, 35, told fans her two-year-old had hit his lip after he fell off his car via her Instagram stories on Wednesday.
In two snaps, Vogue showed fans the extent of her little boy's injury following the accident.
As seen by The Irish Mirror, she told fans: "Poor little puppy fell of his car and hit his lip."
Former Dancing with the Stars contestant Vogue was incredibly sympathetic towards her son Theodore when she updated fans on what had happened.
With a sad face, she added the words: "Poor little thing."
The Irish presenter recently welcomed her youngest Gigi in July last year.
Vogue and Spencer Matthews have been very happy together, having tied the knot in 2018.
They have begun their family together with their two children Theo and Gigi.
In a recent interview, Vogue spilled the couple's plans to grow their family to having four children.
She told The Sun: “I wouldn’t say we were done yet. I would love to have more, if we are lucky enough. Spenny is the same, he’s up to five now. Seriously. I’ve told him that no one will invite us anywhere if we have five! But I think definitely four.”
Speaking honestly, Vogue admitted she hid her slender post-baby body because of the pressure on women.
She added: "It’s purely down to my body type that I went back to how I was before without too much effort, and I did find myself trying to hide that for the first few months. I’d always done my tanning stuff [Insta posts promoting her line of self-tan products], but I wanted to wait so as not to annoy people.
"I just didn’t want to make anyone else feel bad by being all, ‘hey, look at me after having a baby,’ because the last thing anyone wants to see is someone who’s lost the weight quicker than you."
