Vogue Williams shares breastfeeding snap after admitting she was once 'embarrassed' in public

Vogue Williams has shared an intimate snap of herself breastfeeding son Theodore as she told fans she was once “so embarrassed” to feed in public.

The Irish model, who is married to Spencer Matthews, said she was “sweating profusely and desperate to hide her enormous nipples” when she first went to nurse her baby in a public place.

But Williams revealed that a friend had “calmed her down” before going on to share her daily breastfeeding routine with fans.

Alongside the snap of her nursing Theodore in a restaurant, Williams wrote: “My first time breast feeding in public...I remember feeling so embarrassed, sweating profusely and desperately trying to hide my newly enormous nipples!

“I was soon calmed down by my pal and the feed went well, I would feed without a thought anywhere now!”

Williams, 33, discussed her latest Instagram post during her fashion segment on Lorraine, calling the experience “mortifying” when she first tried.

Williams and Matthews last year invited cameras into their London home to document their journey into parenthood in a three-part E4 series.

The couple, who met on The Jump, tied the knot in June 2018 before becoming parents three months later.

Announcing the birth of his son, Made In Chelsea star Matthews wrote: “This morning at 3:55am, we welcomed our son into a quiet London hospital... He is beautiful and healthy. We feel truly blessed.

“Our son arrived this morning and both mother and baby are doing well. I'm so proud of Vogue and we both feel truly blessed to welcome baby Matthews into the world. He's beautiful, just like his mother.”
