Vogue Williams reduced to tears as she opens up about 'nasty' cellulite comments

Vogue Williams has revealed "nasty" comments about her recent bikini pictures reduced her to tears.

The Dubliner said the snaps showing cellulite on the back of her legs sparked a wave of hurtful emails and online comments.

The mum-of-one told her 700,000 Instagram followers: "Today I cried about my body, something I haven’t done in quite some time because I had gotten to a point where I was happy with myself.

"These pictures were taken when we were at the beach, you can’t stop paps but I get it comes with what we do. What I can’t stand is the hundreds of people commenting and even mailing me about the pictures that show cellulite on the back of my legs.

"I usually let this go over my head but they were so nasty that I allowed it to really get to me. For a second I forgot how body positive I am, how happy I am in general and stupidly I allowed this to upset me.

"I just think that commenting on anyone’s body or appearance is so pointless and low.

"We are all different, none of us are flawless but that is what actually makes us flawless!

"Let’s be kinder to each other... PS I’m back to loving my bod, cellulite and all."

The 34-year-old was on the beach alongside hubby Spencer Matthews when the images were taken.

The pair jetted off for a romantic break pre-Christmas.

The couple swapped parenting for paddleboarding when they enjoyed some down time in the scorching rays of St Barts on Thursday.

Since having a baby Theodore and raising him together, the married couple have gone from strength to strength.

During the Channel 4 instalment of Spencer, Vogue and Wedding Two, Spencer gushed about how having a baby made him love his wife more.

Vogue said: “We were a strong couple to begin with but having a baby and getting married has made it better.”
