Vogue Williams mortified as Boy George addresses her claims they were feuding

Vogue Williams was left red-faced after Boy George got in contact with her after she claimed the pair had "beef".

The TV star spilled the tea with comedian pal Joanne McNally on their podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, where she said that George had a "personal grudge against her".

But after hearing her claims on the episode, Boy George got in touch to squash the suggestions that he had a problem with her.

Vogue and Boy George worked together on The Big Deal last year, but in the previous episode she said that he didn't follow her on social media but he followed the other co-hosts.

His disengagement online left Vogue feeling like he didn't like her, however that seems to not be the case.

During last week's podcast, Joanne rehashed the encounter: " “Do you want to apologise to Boy George? Or…”

“We need to start a correction corner for what Vogue gets up to during the week that we don’t see," she laughed.

“Sorry Joanne you were thrown into that article as well and he didn’t text you saying there’s no beef,” Vogue replied.

Joanne added: “I was only saying it to someone the other day, saying it to Alan [her boyfriend] the other day, ‘Boy George, he burnt us and then he DM’d Vogue saying look 'there’s nothing we have no beef’ and I was like, ‘I didn’t hear a peep from him.'”

“But I read the article and it said we were joking so I was like it's grand.”

Speaking about the initial podcast where she made the claims that she thought George didn't like her, Vogue explained: "Obviously the back story is Joanne and I were joking saying that Boy George doesn’t follow us, which he doesn’t.

“And we said we had beef with him and he mailed me saying, ‘I have got no beef with you,’ and it was a little bit embarrassing,” she added.

Joanne admitted: “It was immature on our part, let's be real.”

Vogue teased her co-host: “Joanne I wouldn’t be happy if I was you though, he didn’t mail you.”

It comes after Vogue and Joanne suggested that the pair had a falling out with the singer before he made his first appearance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

Vogue said: “Our friend – or not – Boy George. Yeah, remember Boy George? I don’t. That’s funny.”

Joanne added: “We’ve got beef with Boy,” before Vogue agreed, saying: “We do have beef with Boy.”

Joanne went on to explain: “He didn’t follow either of us back after we both met him on different shows.”

Vogue continued: “Well it was way worse for me. He followed everybody else on my show except me. He took a personal grudge against me.”

Joanne laughed it off, adding: "We were desperate for the attention of Boy George but he didn’t give it to us. He’s a lovely man though.”
