Vogue Williams left her Instagram followers stunned as she filmed herself in a tiny bikini just six weeks after giving birth.
The Irish model and presenter, 34, showed off her completely flat stomach in the strapless gingham two piece shortly following the arrival of her second child in July.
Body-confident Vogue stripped off to plug products from her own fake tan line in an instructional video for her followers.
Referencing her near-naked appearance, Vogue said: "I am here to do a tan tutorial because I feel like I haven’t done one in forever, this is how pale I look right now."
Doting husband Spencer Matthews then cropped up in the video to help rub lotion into Vogue's back.
Spencer, 31, looked like an absolute professional in his role as assistant as he donned some black gloves to avoid staining his skin before dutifully making sure his wife was the same shade all over.
Vogue told followers in the caption the products were from her own range - bare by Vogue, explain "'This one is for all the new tanners and people who want to apply their tan better! @barebyvogue will give you a glow like you’re just back from holidays but application is key to looking bronzed," she advised.
She went on: "After some fake tan disasters in my life (a lot of them) I have finally mastered applying my tan... if you want any tips ask below and I’ll answer."
Vogue previously revealed that she wouldn't take any maternity leave after the birth of her second baby.
The Heart Radio London presenter said she just wants to 'carry on' with her day job, after welcoming her baby daughter Gigi on July 22nd.
Vogue and Spencer, who also share two-year-old Theodore, tied the knot in 2018.
Sharing their latest personal news with fans in July, the couple penned: "Last night we became a family of four. Our beautiful daughter arrived safely and happily into the world".
Mark gushed: "Wow, we officially have CHILDREN!! So much has happened in the last three years…
"Real positive change, a son and now a daughter. I couldn’t be more thankful to my incredible wife @voguewilliams for all that you do for our family, in particular the laborious pregnancies which us men will never fully understand.
