Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews hoping to host a ‘full house’ for Christmas at dream Dublin home

Vogue Williams and her husband Spencer Matthews are hoping to host a ‘full house’ for Christmas at their ‘dream’ Dublin home - if Covid doesn’t get in the way.

The couple, who are expecting their third baby next spring announced they are due to welcome another baby boy this week.

The duo rejoiced in the news at their new home in Howth where preparations are underway for their first Christmas in their newly kitted out pad.

But the Dubliner is keeping her fingers crossed Covid doesn’t hamper their Christmas plans at the last minute.

The radio and TV presenter said: “We’re hosting Christmas – we’re hoping it will be a full house, provided Covid guidelines don’t change at the last minute.”

“There’s a lot to do when you’re having a lot of people over.”

After working on refurbishing the Dublin home over zoom calls when travel restrictions meant they couldn’t visit in person, Vogue said the turkey is already ordered and she and her former Made in Chelsea star are dying to host their family in their new home.

“I did the drinks run yesterday – of course none of it’s for me – and the turkey is ordered,” she added.

“Spenny’s going to cook on the day. It’s going to be lovely.”

A chilly Christmas day by the coast will be a big change for the family – who have spent the past few years visiting Spencer’s parents at the sunny Caribbean island of St Barts for Christmas alongside their extended family including Spencer's brother James and his wife Pippa Middleton.

"We're going to take a break from St Barts this year," Spencer told Hello! Magazine.

The entrepreneur, who last week announced he and Vogue had bought another property in Jersey, added: "Vogue gets a Christmas, then I get a Christmas, so next year is mine. I'm in charge of Christmas 2022 - we'll be in St Barts or Jersey."

But after longing to get home to Ireland throughout the pandemic, Vogue added: "It's so nice to be in the house. It feels like our proper home over here.”

It comes after the pregnant star, who is already mum to son Theodore, three, and daughter Gigi, 17 months, revealed she decided to quit her Sunday morning show for Heart FM.

The soon to be mum-of-three went on to announce she is writing a children’s book, titled Jump for the Stars, due for release in October 2022.
