Vodafone is now rolling out 5G for its pay as you go customers, following its launch of 5G monthly plans last summer.
Customers who prefer to stick to a contract free SIM will now get access to the super fast connection speeds that are up to 10 times faster than regular 4G. Which means quicker downloads, better streaming and no lag for smartphone users on the newtwork.
The network currently offer three top smartphones that are 5G enabled on its pay as you go tariffs - the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, Huawei Mate 20X and Samsung Galaxy S10 handsets.
There's also an introductory offer where new Pay as you go customers can get a big bundle that includes 30 days of triple data for £40 instead of £50. But the deal is only valid until 31 March.
5G Vodafone pay as you go SIM packages
- £30 bundle = 60GB data, 3000 minutes, unlimited texts. Available until 31 March.
- £40 bundle = Unlimited data, unlimited minutes and texts. Available until 8 April.
Existing Vodafone customers with a 5G enabled phone won't have to pay any additional costs to use the faster roaming and the service comes with unlimited data.

Speaking about the announcement, Vodafone UK Chief Executive Officer Nick Jeffery said: “We want to enable our customers to do what they want when they want – our Unlimited plans do just that.
"Launching a contract-free 5G Unlimited plan will give more people the opportunity to experience the next generation of speed and connectivity without being committed to a contract – giving them the power to be as flexible as they want.”
