Vodafone Ireland has said that a recent issue which impacted data services has "been identified and services are now being restored."
On Monday, thousands of people were unable to use their broadband and data services.
Last night, the telecommunications company said that they were made aware of the issue and investigated.
A spokesperson said: "We are investigating an interruption to our data services. Our service teams are currently working on resolving this issue. We thank you for your patience."
Just before midnight, they released a second statement on social media which said: "The issue impacting data services has been identified and services are now being restored. Apologies and thank you for your patience."
However, some users are still reporting issues with their service.
"Still down in Cork, same elsewhere?," "How long will that take? Still not working in Galway," and "my broadband isn't working, I need to start work. Thought the issue was fixed?" were some of the comments left on their social media channels.
Vodafone customers from Ennis, Dublin, Galway, Donegal, Wicklow, Athlone, Wexford, and more have reported their services being down.
