Debt-ridden telco Vodafone Idea on Monday narrowed its consolidated losses in the first quarter to Rs 3,754 crore. The loss stood at Rs 6,608 crore in the last year quarter. Revenue from operations increased 6% YoY to Rs 11,689 crore.
EBITDA grew 9% YoY to Rs 5,034 crore from Rs 4,612 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 43.1%, compared with 41.8% in Q1FY26 and 43.1% in Q4FY26.
The company said its customer base stood at 193.1 million at the end of the quarter, compared with 192.8 million in Q4FY26. This was Vodafone Idea’s first quarter of positive net subscriber addition since the merger.
