Andy Gotts: 'I am shooting a project for Elton John entitled iCons. This revolves around people who have reached the heady heights in their chosen field of film, music, sport and fashion. I was shooting Vivienne for the fashion part of the project and we just clicked and got on so well. She is a truly remarkable person who just wants to make the world a better place.
