Visiter Facebook page to change name as part of rebranding

The Visiter Facebook page is to be changed to Sefton Live as part of a rebranding.
It will see more of a focus on reporting in Sefton with two new roles being dedicated to covering the patch.
The Liverpool ECHO will be employing a SeftonLIve editor and a district reporter.
As the Visiter, the Facebook page has grown to have over 20,000 followers, with content regularly posted to those who follow the page.
The Visiter's Twitter page has also been rebranded and can now be found at @seftonlive.

Sefton, along with Wirral and St Helens are three areas that the Liverpool ECHO is targeting with the rebranding.
The ECHO's Wirral Facebook page is now called My Wirral - Liverpool ECHO - and the St Helens page has been rebranded to St Helens Live.
As part of the rebranding plan, there will be a new Instagram account launching in the coming weeks that is dedicated to the area.
