It’s one of the most popular network providers in the UK, but it appears that Virgin Media has crashed this morning.
According to Down Detector, the issues started at 10:50 GMT, and are affecting users across the UK.
While the reason for the outage remains unclear, of those who reported issues, 52% reported problems with their mobile phone, 30% with cable internet, and 16% with mobile internet.
Virgin Media said: "“There are no widespread broadband issues on our network.
“We’re aware of an intermittent issue affecting voice services for some of our mobile customers but this has no relation to our other services. We’re working to get this fixed as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.”
With many Brits working from home amid the coronavirus outbreak, the outage is proving particularly frustrating.

Many users have taken to Twitter to discuss their issues.
One user wrote: "My mum falls into a high risk category, so is having to work from home for the foreseeable future. Your TV, phone and internet is down AGAIN. Not to be fixed until at least the 24th. Your terrible service is now actually endangering lives."
Another added: "All my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge."
And one joked: "Trying to WFH is a myth when @virginmedia broadband goes down!"
The outage comes just a day after several major mobile networks crashed across the UK.
O2, EE, Three, Vodafone and giffgaff all went down yesterday, leaving many Brits unable to get online on their mobiles.
