Thousands of Virgin customers are unable to make calls, texts or use mobile internet due to an outage with the operator.
The Express reported that users in Nottinghamshire, Birmingham, Glasgow, Watford, Manchester and Bristol were all complaining of issues.
It's believe that people began experiencing problems around 8am on Tuesday morning (May 14).
Virgin Mobile has said it is working to resolve an issue which has left many of its customers unable to make calls, send text messages and use mobile data.
UK users of the mobile network voiced their frustrations over the fault on Wednesday morning, for which Virgin Mobile have apologised.
A spokesman for Virgin Mobile said: "We're working quickly to resolve an issue that's affecting some of our customers making calls, sending text messages and using mobile data.
"We apologise to our customers for the inconvenience caused."
Many users complained that the issue meant they could receive texts and calls but could not make them and could not access the internet through mobile data, however the fault appeared to affect some customers in different ways.
Service outage tracking website Is The Service Down said complaints about the issue on social media began at 8.20am, with comments surging shortly after 11am and into the afternoon.
Some users in Nottingham took to Twitter to share their frustration.
@Virgin sort your mobile network out in Nottingham. Not the first time your network has gone down. Unacceptable.
