Virgin Media has gone down for thousands of users across the UK, leaving customers frustrated.
The outage left them without access to telly or phone lines.
Some said they also lost broadband and WiFi internet access.
However the network said the outage only affected the TV and phones services.
DownDetector tracked the outage, which peaked around 12.20pm today.
The website found the outage started after midday with more than 2,400 people reporting problems at the height of the glitch.
Customers reported issues with mobile internet, broadband and mobile phone services.
According to website isthisservicedown.com, users also reported problems with their Virgin email today.
Customers reported outages from Brierley Hill, Bristol, Watford, Desborough, Cardiff, Liverpool, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Manchester and several London borughs.
A Virgin Media spokesperson said: "There was an issue earlier today that briefly impacted TV and mobile services for some of our customers.
"Broadband services were not affected. This was quickly resolved and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

Customers were irate at the delays as the operator worked to get the service back up and running.
One tweeted: "Is your service down I’m unable to use most websites or make calls this is pathetic."
Another tweeted: "I have had no Internet connection. I'm working from home so I have also lost a day's pay.
"I called and was told someone would call me back from tech team within 4 hours which is not good enough its disgusting service. I wasn't given a reason for any outages.
"Shocking service."
According to DownDetector, the outage appeared to have been resolved for many customers by just after 2pm.
