Hundreds of Virgin Media customers this morning reported problems getting onto the internet
But Virgin says there is no problem with its national network.
A Virgin Media spokesperson said: “There is no national outage affecting our services. A small number of customers may briefly experience disruption to their broadband services this morning as we carry out planned network upgrade works in their local area.”
