Virgin Atlantic has said that customers can rebook their holiday if they don't want to fly due to the 14-day quarantine measure.
A spokesperson for Virgin Atlantic told Mirror.co.uk: "We are aware that the Government has announced its intention to introduce new rules which will require all arrivals from all countries to self-isolate for 14 days following arrival in the UK.
"More details on the requirements can be found at GOV.UK.
"The health and safety of our customers and our teams remains our absolute priority and we continue to adhere to and often exceed the guidance and regulation of the different authorities involved.
"We understand the difficulty that the Covid-19 situation may pose to our customers and that’s why we treat every customer’s travel plans on a case by case basis, and will always try to help if we can, taking into account the booking conditions that apply to their ticket.
"Where a flight remains scheduled and a passenger opts not travel due to the this new advice, the Conditions of Carriage, which are published on the website here, provide rebooking as the available option."
