Virgil van Dijk has offered an illuminating insight into the Anfield dressing room by picking out Liverpool's two left-backs as the funniest members of the squad.
The Reds centre-half also assessed his teammates' haircuts and named James Milner as the player he would least like to face in a boxing ring.
Van Dijk, 30, has shared a close bond with defensive colleague Andy Robertson on and off the pitch since his arrival in January 2018.
He claims the Scotland captain is the funniest player he has shared a dressing room with, although his back-up, Kostas Tsimikas, is also right up there.

"I would pick Robbo," Van Dijk told Sky Sports when asked if he would choose Robertson or Trent Alexander-Arnold to take to a desert island.
"I think Robbo is funnier in this case, so it would never be boring. I could pick both of them, but I think Robbo is the one who could brighten up your day even if you have a tough one or it's raining on the desert island.
"I think he is one of the funniest in the team."
Van Dijk doubled down on his claims moments later when asked who the most entertaining player he has shared a dressing room with is.
"I would say Robbo," said the Dutchman. "Our two left-backs by the way, Robbo and Kostas... Kostas is also a comedian. He is always joking about, always lively, always full of energy. The same goes for Robbo.
"I don't know if it's a left-back thing, but both of them are very lively."

Having snubbed Alexander-Arnold to take Robertson to the hypothetical desert island, Van Dijk then declared the Liverpool right-back has the worst haircut in the squad.
"At the moment, he (Alexander-Arnold) has just woken up and not even touched it properly," Van Dijk said. "I told him many times as well!
"He knows it, he probably has something on his mind that he's going to do with it. I asked him but he's keeping me in the dark a little bit."
"The best... I've got my trim for years but I like my long hair," Van Dijk added before praising Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Divock Origi for their haircuts and urging Joel Matip to get a "nice fade".
The defender was then quizzed on which teammate he would least like to have a boxing match with, responding: "I would say James Milner, I think he would never give up.
"Even if you punch him down, I think he will keep coming back up, so him. His stamina is unreal."
