Virgil van Dijk has given a rousing statement to accompany the release of the new Liverpool away kit for the 2019/20 season.
The Reds centre-back said the club is his club and outlined his pride at wearing the shirt "every single day he walks out onto the pitch".

The imperious Dutchman also believes the signature in the back of the shirt is "a fantastic way to honour Bob Paisley."
Van Dijk said: “Liverpool Football Club is my club - I’m proud to wear the shirt every single day when I walk out on to the pitch, when we’re at Anfield and also when we’re playing away from home.
“The signature tribute in the shirt is also a fantastic way to recognise and remember all the success of one of our greatest managers, Bob Paisley.”
The jersey’s graphic takes inspiration from iconic street signs around Anfield, while its collar shape and construction also pays homage to the club’s 1977 European Cup winning strip, worn on that victorious night in Rome, when Paisley was at the helm.
Just like the Reds’ new home shirt, the white and navy kit has been inscribed with Paisley’s iconic signature on the inside of the neck, and also features an official swing tag dedicated to the legend in the year in which he would have turned 100 to honour his legacy as the club’s most successful manager.
To commemorate the tragic events of Hillsborough, the 96 emblem, encased by the eternal flames sits at the nape of the neck.
The kit is completed with navy shorts, and white socks complimented with a lower navy section and red trim.
The goalkeeper jersey features in green with matching socks.
