Soon after Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s title-winning campaign, Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma visited Vrindavan on Tuesday for a spiritual retreat. The couple sought blessings from renowned spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj following RCB’s second consecutive Indian Premier League victory.
Seeking Blessings at Premanand Maharaj’s Ashram
Virat and Anushka were seen at Premanand Maharaj’s Radha Keli Kunj Ashram, where they spent time with the spiritual guru. Photos circulating online showed the couple leaving the ashram after their visit. Dressed simply, they appeared peaceful and composed as they interacted with devotees before departing.
A Visit Following Historic IPL Success
Their spiritual trip came shortly after Royal Challengers Bengaluru defeated Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2026 final, successfully defending their 2025 title. With this achievement, RCB became only the third team in IPL history, after Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians, to win back-to-back championships.
