‘Violently attacked her, throwing her to the floor’: Keeta Vaccaro details eight separate instances of alleged abuse from Tyreek Hill

Keeta Vaccaro, the estranged wife of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill, has accused him of eight separate instances of domestic violence in a new court filing related to their ongoing divorce. The allegations, which were reported by TMZ, include claims that Hill assaulted her while she was pregnant. Vaccaro’s new filing, which was submitted on Monday, comes after she originally filed for divorce on April 8, 2025.

According to the court documents, the alleged abuse started in January 2024, just two months after the couple got married in late 2023. One of the first alleged incidents took place during an argument about a postnuptial agreement at their guest house in Southwest Ranches, Florida.

Vaccaro claims that Hill threw her to the ground and ripped a necklace from her neck, which left a cut and a bruise. She also alleges that later that same month, in an Orlando hotel room, Hill “violently attacked her, throwing her to the floor, twisting her intimate body parts, ripping her hair out and grabbing anything on her person he could get a hold of.”

NFL star’s divorce revealed domestic abuse allegations

The court documents also detail other troubling incidents, including one where Vaccaro alleges Hill shoved a marijuana cigarette in her face. On February 7, 2024, as they were getting ready to leave for the Pro Bowl, she claims he yelled at her to leave, threw her luggage out the door, and locked her out of their house. She also states that Hill spat on her and got violent with her while she was pregnant. Vaccaro described Hill’s actions in the documents as “outrageous, beyond all bounds of decency, and utterly intolerable in a civilized community”.

Hill, who is 31 and led the NFL in receiving yards in 2023, is not currently facing any criminal charges related to these new allegations. However, the NFL could still choose to investigate the matter and discipline him under its personal conduct policy, regardless of the civil suit. The Miami Dolphins have not yet made a comment on the situation.

Hill’s attorney, Julius B. Collins, has vigorously denied the allegations, calling them “unsubstantiated, untrue”. He told TMZ that the court filing is just an attempt by Vaccaro, her mother, and her lawyers to get a larger financial settlement from Hill. “These new allegations are further proof that Ms. Vacarro and/or her counsel are set on partaking in a smear campaign in hopes that Mr. Hill will settle and give she and her counsel an unreasonable and unwarranted amount of money,” Collins said. He added that Hill “will not be moved by this and awaits his day in Court to present his evidence”.

To be fair, this isn’t the first time Hill has been involved in off-field issues. He was investigated for assault and battery in 2023 after an incident with a marina worker that was later resolved. He was also involved in a confrontation with police during a traffic stop at the beginning of the last season. Perhaps most notably, he pleaded guilty to domestic assault and battery by strangulation in 2014, while he was in college, and was kicked off his team.
