Easter weekend is finally upon us, hurrah!

Most of us will now be enjoying four days off, basking in what's hopefully going to be some glorious weather.

To mark the special weekend we took a trip down memory lane to see how people have been preparing for and celebrating this time of year over the years – and, it seems, it has always involved a of chocolate.
