Villanova coach Jay Wright writes letter to congratulate Eric Paschall for NBA All-Rookie First Team nod

Despite the Golden State Warriors league-worst 15-50 record, members of the 2019-20 squad are still earning hardware.

On Tuesday, the league announced the 2020 All-Rookie Teams. Alongside Ja Morant and Zion Williamson, Golden State’s second-round pick Eric Paschall earned a spot on the NBA’s All-Rookie First Team.

To celebrate Paschall’s nod, his former coach at Villanova shared a letter to the newly crowned All-Rookie First Team member. In his letter, Wright congratulated Paschall for joining a fraternity of former Villanova alumni to earn All-Rookie team honors.
