Vile group chat body-shamed Scots girls in vicious ‘Chickadees’ bullying group

Scottish girls are being body-shamed online by a vile private chat created by a group of bullies who call themselves 'Chickadees'.

The Chickadees, an Instagram group set up by Scottish youngsters, criticises the weight, outfits and social media platforms of fellow teens.

During their vile discussions, the cruel girls mocked people for looking "massive", "ugly" and having "tiny t*ts".

Distraught teenagers, mostly from the North Lanarkshire area, who were discussed on the group chat bravely came forward to expose the bullies and share screen shots of the cruel jabs.

One girl had two pictures of herself shared in the group, with the bullies saying: "That ones worse. Wit is way that pose. It's so ugly."

Taking to Twitter to respond, the girl wrote: "Girls that have that amount of time in their day to comment on girls looks, weight, personality and to just tear them down when really we should be lifting each other up."

Another Twitter user, who had been targeted by the group, agreed: "I wasn’t going to give my say but seeing some comments I think I have to.

"The girls comments weren't just about a group, or a few girls, it was a lot more than what your seeing from people they don’t know to their own so called best friends." 

She added: "Slating anyone is bad enough, but the amount of people who've been slaughtered in that chat is unbelievable! Not just girls but boys as well, rise above it."

One lass who had been told she didn't "look pretty" even though her outfit was nice, said: "At the end of the day least my outfit is still nice."

Twitter users flooded the youngsters with messages of support and called out the bullies for being 'so horrible'.

One tweeted: "Don't understand how some girls have the time to sit and sl*g all these gorgeous girls who they've pretended to be "friends" with, go and get a hobby."

A third added: "Why are little girls so horrible, making a group chat to slaughter everyone then commenting on their photos? Couldn’t be me, wouldn't be me."

Another slammed the group as 'frightening'.

She wrote: "The fact for months people who are your ‘bestpals’ and thought you could trust can be so sly is so sad and frightening, but embarrassing, you thought they were genuine.

"Defos getting the popularity now, hope ruining a good friendship was worth it and respect for yourselves."

Others saw the positive side of teens uniting to call out the bullies.

Another added: "Also, absolutely love how every single girl has supported each other this morning, you are all beautiful no matter what gets sent into a smelly little group chat."
