Vikings WR Stefon Diggs: ‘I want to be in Minnesota’

What a week last week was for the Vikings and wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

Diggs skipped a practice, along with some meetings, and ended up being fined more than $200,000 by the team.

He played on Sunday against the Giants, however, and finished with three catches for 44 yards. While those numbers aren’t great, the Vikings won 28-10 and it wouldn’t be a great look for Diggs to complain.

Whenever the camera was on Diggs during the game, he was all smiles.

That continued after the game.

Diggs was asked if he wanted to be in Minnesota.

“I want to be in Minnesota,” Diggs responded with a wink.

WHAT DOES THAT WINK MEAN?!

We’ll let you guys figure that out, but winning heals everything and now the Vikings have a test in Week 6 at home against the Eagles.

Through five games, Diggs has 16 catches for 253 yards and a touchdown in 2019. That puts him on pace for 51 catches for 809 yards and three touchdowns. Certainly not the numbers Diggs anticipated for 2019, but there’s plenty season left to improve on those.
