As expected, Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen (hamstring) will miss Thursday night’s game against the Redskins.
No other Viking was listed on the team’s injury report, which is good news for the team and rare for a short week.
With Thielen’s absence, we can expect to see rookie Bisi Johnson get more reps. Johnson had four catches for 40 yards and a touchdown in Thielen’s absence in Week 7 against the Lions. Thielen suffered the injury on a first-quarter 25-yard touchdown.
