Vikings WR Adam Thielen leaves Week 7 with hamstring injury

Good news: Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen hauled in a 25-yard touchdown in Detroit to put the Vikings on the board.

The bad news: On the play, the two-time Pro Bowler injured his hamstring and is questionable to return.

This is a big blow to a team that is very thin at wideout behind Thielen and Stefon Diggs.

We can expect to see Bisi Johnson take Thielen’s reps in the meantime. We’ll update you if Thielen returns, or if there are any updates on his status.

Update: Thielen has officially been ruled out. With the Vikings on a short week, playing the Redskins on Thursday Night Football, keep an eye on Thielen’s status throughout the week.
