Vikings sign T Nate Wozniak, release G Tyler Catalina

The Vikings added a familiar face for Minnesota football fans on Sunday morning.

The team announced it has signed tackle Nate Wozniak, while releasing guard Tyler Catalina.

Wozniak starred at tight end at the University of Minnesota from 2014-17, and is making the transition to tackle in his NFL journey.

Wozniak was released by the Saints on Aug. 7 after spending last season on their practice squad.

The Vikings claimed Catalina on Aug. 1 after he was released by the Redskins.
