A day after their season ended, the Vikings announced they have signed seven players to future/reserve contracts.
Those players include:
- RB, Tony Brooks-James
- QB, Jake Browning
- WR, Davion Davis
- TE, Brandon Dillon
- CB, Mark Fields
- CB, Kemon Hall
- CB, Marcus Sayles
Most of those names probably sound familiar since all but Sayles finished the season on the Vikings’ practice squad.
Sayles, meanwhile, played the last two seasons in the CFL with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Sayles initially entered the NFL in 2017 with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of West Georgia.
In two seasons at West Georgia, Sayles had 136 tackles, six interceptions, five forced fumbles and two sacks.
