Vikings sign 3 draft picks

Less than a week after the 2019 NFL Draft, the Vikings are starting to sign some of their picks.

Per Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press, the Vikings have come to terms with second-round pick Irv Smith Jr. and sixth-round picks Oli Udoh and Marcus Epps.

Source says #Vikings sixth-round pick Oli Udoh has agreed to a four-year, $2.687 million contract. He gets a signing bonus of $167,600 and will count $536,900 against the cap in 2019.

#Vikings second-round pick Irv Smith Jr. will sign a four-year, $5.798 million contract with a salary-cap number of $1.054 million for 2019. He gets a signing bonus of $2.237 million.

Sixth-round pick Marcus Epps has agreed to contract terms with the #Vikings and will sign. Epps gets a four-year deal worth $2.688 million. He gets a $168,756 singing bonus and will count $537,189 against the cap in 2019.

Holdouts with draft picks aren’t much of a thing anymore with the NFL’s rookie scale.

Yet to be signed includes first-round pick Garrett Bradbury, third-round pick Alexander Mattison, fourth-round pick Dru Samia, fifth-round pick Cameron Smith, sixth-round pick Armon Watts, and seventh-round picks Kris Boyd, Dillon Mitchell, Olabisi Johnson and Austin Cutting.
