Vikings select C Garrett Bradbury in Peter King’s mock draft

We will be looking at a bunch of mock drafts with the 2019 NFL draft just four days away.

Peter King of Football Morning In America has the Vikings addressing the offensive line in the first round, selecting center Garrett Bradbury of North Carolina State.

Here’s what King wrote about the pick:

The Vikings pick at 18, 50 and 81, and the perception on the scouting trail is that two of those three picks will be offensive linemen. They’d better be. Bradbury’s a pugnacious guy, a Jason Kelce type, with more quickness than most centers in the league now. He could start day one. No, let me amend that. With Elflein still in-house, Bradbury had better start day one.

With this move, the Vikings would likely move Pat Elflein to a guard spot. It’s no secret that Elflein, a 2017 third-round pick, has struggled more than many anticipated.

This also isn’t the first time Bradbury has been linked to the Vikings in a mock draft.

Bradbury ranks as Luke Easterling’s 17th-overall prospect, so this pick seems about right.
