Vikings remove CB Mike Hughes from PUP list

On Monday afternoon, the Vikings announced they’ve removed cornerback Mike Hughes from the PUP list.

Hughes, the 30th pick of the 2018 NFL Draft, tore his ACL in Week 6 of his rookie season.

This means Hughes is now eligible to practice with the team.

How soon will that be? We’ll see. It’s still a question mark whether or not Hughes will play in the team’s season opener against the Atlanta Falcons.

The Vikings could certainly use the depth considering Holton Hill’s eight-game suspension to start the season.
