The top vote getters for the fan portion of the Pro Bowl have been released and there are a lot of positives for the Vikings.
For one, Dalvin Cook is the top vote getter at the running back position for the NFC. Another bright spot: Yannick Ngakoue is not leading in votes at his position.
There is a name among the top vote getters who still draws ire from some Vikings fans: Stefon Diggs. For the AFC, Diggs is the top vote getter among all wide receivers.
Diggs still draws criticism from Vikings fans, but Justin Jefferson has certainly eased the blow.
The Minnesota receiver has 848 receiving yards and four touchdowns in 2020. Considering the Vikings are a run-heavy team and it took Jefferson a few games to break out, those numbers are outstanding. Maybe some of the Vikings fans who don’t like Diggs anymore will learn to forgive him, especially with how the trade worked out for Minnesota.
