Vikings might get to see old friend Cordarrelle Patterson on Sunday

The Vikings will get a look at a familiar face on Sunday when they travel to Chicago to take on the Bears.

Cordarrelle Patterson spent the first four years of his career with the Vikings after they drafted him in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

Patterson was a Pro Bowl kick returner with the Vikings, but never really caught on as a pass catcher.

After his time with the Vikings, Patterson spent 2017 with the Raiders, 2018 with the Patriots and this offseason, he signed a two-year, $10 million deal with the Bears.

In three games with Chicago, Patterson has two catches for nine yards and seven rushes for 62 yards. He’s also returned two kicks for 52 yards.

Patterson should be considered questionable for the game with a triceps injury.

Patterson, now 28, isn’t the explosive force he wants was, but there’s a reason why teams continue to sign him. We’ll see if he gets an opportuniy to show way against the Vikings.
