Vikings make their fourth trade in draft, sending 201st and 219th picks to the Ravens

The Vikings have not been afraid to deal draft picks and find value at a later time.

The Vikings sent their 201st and 219th picks to the Ravens in exchange for the No. 225 pick in 2020 and a fifth-round choice next year.

This is the Vikings’ fourth trade of the draft. The team traded the No. 25 pick to the 49ers in exchange for the 31st, 117th and 176th picks. The Vikings gave up the 105th pick to the Saints for 130th, 169th, 203rd and the 244th picks, too. The third trade happened when the Vikings gave pick No. 155 to the Bears in exchange for a 2021 fourth-rounder.

Minnesota drafted LSU wide receiver Justin Jefferson at No. 22. Then, the team picked TCU cornerback Jeff Gladney in the first round. The Vikings then picked Boise State tackle Ezra Cleveland in the following round.

After that Minnesota drafted Mississippi State corner Cameron Dantzler, Baylor defensive tackle James Lynch, Oregon linebacker Troy Dye, Temple corner Harrison Hand and Miami wide receiver K.J. Osborn. Those players will be key in adding production and depth to the Vikings in 2020.
