Vikings have 3 players on PFF’s Week 3 Team of the Week

It was quite the week for the Vikings as they moved to 2-1 on the season after taking down the Raiders 34-14 at U.S. Bank Stadium.

With that, they had three players named to Pro Football Focus’ Week 3 Team of the Week: Running back Dalvin Cook, tight end Irv Smith Jr. and kicker Dan Bailey.

Cook earned a PFF grade of 90.7, running 16 times for 110 yards and a touchdown. He leads the NFL in rushing and continues to look like one of the best offensive players in the entire NFL.

Smith Jr. the team’s second-round pick, has been quiet to start the season. But that changed on Sunday as he hauled in three catches for 60 yards. He had a grade of 92.3, which actually led all offensive players on the team this week.

And then there’s Bailey, who nailed all four extra points and was 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts, including one from 50 yards.

Good times in Minnesota, for now at least.
