Vikings defensive tackle Shamar Stephen will start training camp on the “non-football injury list.”
Per Vikings coach Mike Zimmer, this it’s nothing to be concerned about and we’ll see Stephen on the field sooner rather than later.
We don’t exactly know what the injury is, but it doesn’t appear to be too serious.
This is Stephen’s second stint with the Vikings after spending last season with the Seahawks. He’ll replace Sheldon Richardson next to Linval Joseph on the defensive line.
