The Vikings made their first splash in free agency this offseason by signing former Giants DT Dalvin Tomlinson.
Tomlinson wore the No. 94 when he played for New York and he will be keeping that number in Minnesota.
In other free agency number news, CB Patrick Peterson does not currently have a number listed on the Vikings’ website. Peterson is the only member of the Vikings besides recently signed kicker Greg Joseph to not have a number listed.
LB Nick Vigil has the No. 59 listed on the team site, the same number as fellow linebacker Cameron Smith. There’s no official report of Vigil or Smith getting that number next season, so we’ll see.
