Vijayawada: Man killed over suspected affair

Vijayawada Guntur Murder

VIJAYAWADA: A man was brutally killed at Aluru village under Ponnur mandal in Guntur district on Friday night. Unidentified assailants beat the man, identified as 22-year-old Meraku Kumar, to death with an iron rod. Ponnur rural police, who sent the body to the local government hospital for postmortem, are suspecting extra-marital affair as the cause of the murder. Further investigation is on.
