GUWAHATI: The chief minister’s special vigilance cell (CM’s SVC) on Wednesday raided Gauhati University on charges of anomalies in conducting recruitment exams of Assam Power Distribution Corporation Limited (APDCL).
A source in the cell said the team had questioned a few of the officials and examined the OMR sheets of the exam.
“However, no one has been arrested. We have not seized anything as of now. It is a preliminary investigation. We will be able to disclose more once we conduct a regular investigation into the case,” the source said.
