Viewers praise 'amazing' restoration on RTE's Great House Revival

Viewers were full of praise for an "amazing" restoration on RTE's Great House Revival.

Grove House in Westport, Co Mayo, was purchased by Karen Whyte and partner Donnacha Curley several years ago.

The pair spent just €117,000 for 10,500 square feet of space in the hugely impressive property.

But a significant amount of work was required to restore the home to its former status.

And viewers were hugely impressed with the restoration project, with one branding the work "magnificent".

Some also reserved praise for the "quirky" style of the redesign.

One wrote: "Karen and Donnacha did an amazing job on Grove House, well done!"

While another added: "Karen did a magnificent job on the Grove House in Westport, well done."

A third said: "Wow, what a house and the interior is absolutely amazing. Just love the quirky style of it."
