Viewers left hysterical after Bradley Walsh's The Chase blunders aired on TV

Viewers were left in hysterics after ITV rolled out Bradley Walsh's blooper reel in for a special show celebrating the actor and comedian's 60th birthday.

The show revealed clips from his appearances on Coronation Street as Danny Barlow, Blankety Blank and his more recent appearance in Doctor Who, but those who tuned in were left in stitches by some hilarious outtakes from The Chase.

From an infamous Fanny Chmelar clip to a previously unseen segment where the 60-year-old accidentally calls Anne Hegerty a planet, Walsh's best bits were on show for everyone in this special one-off show.

Twitter lit up with people sharing their love for the "national treasure":
"The Fanny Chmelar question will always be the best and funniest thing that’s happened on #TheChase'" said one Tweet.

Another added: "There is no denying it. #BradleyWalsh is undoubtedly a big national treasure and needs to be protected at all costs."

"Wishing one of my favourite people to have worked with, the happiest of birthdays. For a 60 year old, you don't act a day over 18 Bradderz.", shared a third.

""I just love #BradleyWalsh. He is hilarious!", added another.

Viewers were also left in awe of a young Walsh who donned a number of different hairstyles thorough his TV career.

One Twitter user said: "His son Barney is the spit of him when he was young."

"I knew he had a vast varied career and remember him from the late 80’s onwards but I had no idea he had such vast varied hair styles! His taste in loud suits has not changed though!", added another.
