Vidi 2-2 Chelsea
Europa League 2018-19
Venue: Groupama Arena, Budapest
Kick-off: 5:55pm GMT
Olivier Giroud came off the bench to score a stunning free-kick to rescue Chelsea as they drew 2-2 against Vidi in Budapest.
Willian's 25-yard free-kick on the half-hour mark gave the Blues the lead but the Hungarian champions were level less than a minute later when Ethan Ampadu turned into his own net.
A sublime volley from Loic Nego 10 minutes into the second half looked to have secured a shock win for the Hungarian champions. But Giroud struck a free-kick into the top corner with 15 minutes remaining to steal a late draw.
