JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – You can watch today’s press conference from VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in advance of UFC 261 here on MMA Junkie at 4 p.m. ET.
UFC president Dana White hosts the event, which features UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman (18-1 MMA, 13-0 UFC) and “BMF” titleholder Jorge Masvidal (35-14 MMA, 12-7 UFC), as well as UFC strawweight champion Zhang Weili (21-1 MMA, 5-0 UFC) and former champ Rose Namajunas (9-4 MMA, 7-3 UFC), along with UFC women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko (20-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC) and former strawweight champ Jessica Andrade (21-8 MMA, 12-6 UFC).
The participants from the night’s three title fights will field questions from the media before squaring off in the week’s first pre-fight faceoffs.
In a rarity for UFC press conferences, Thursday’s session also is set to include local government officials, with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry.
UFC 261 takes place Saturday at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and early prelims on ESPN+.
