VIDEO: The Marlins remind us that sports in 2020 should be played in a bubble

The frightening Miami Marlins COVID-19 outbreak has raised so many questions about the future of the 2020 MLB season, and how the league could have avoided that scenario.

It’s turned out that a bubble model has worked for the NBA and MLS, and it’s a reminder that back in April, there were some reports that Major League Baseball and its players were looking into having a bubble situation in Arizona, an idea that was ridiculed at the time. But thanks to hindsight, we know that’s what might have helped to prevent an outbreak.
