Video shows Wales v South Africa pitch intruder being drenched with beer by furious supporters

New video footage shows the man who invaded the field of play during Wales v South Africa getting absolutely drenched with alcohol on his way out.

The spectator had caused uproar by climbing over the Principality Stadium pitchside barriers in the final quarter of the game and waving his arms to the crowd when on the field.

Mark Williams, Principality Stadium manager, said of the Wales v South Africa intruder: "We condemn this type of behaviour in the strongest possible terms. He was intercepted and immediately escorted from the stadium and handed over to South Wales Police."

Wales rugby legends have since reacted to the incident, calling it "outrageous" and "disgusting", while both Wales and South Africa camps have given their thoughts. Read more here.
