Video shows moment adorable River Clyde seal catches fish in its mouth

Over the last few months we've regularly been sent videos of seals frolicking in the River Clyde, blissfully unaware of the way of the world right now.

Perhaps they have become less shy in showing their whiskers with the absence of hustle and bustle around the city or maybe there's more Glaswegians enjoying a relaxing stroll by the river as they look to get out the house.

And today, while wandering by the Clyde, near Glasgow Harbour, Marion Mary Clifford's son John managed to capture on video the moment one of the many adorable seals enjoyed a breakfast snack, as it was filmed catching a large fish in its mouth before swimming away, delighted with its morning work.

Marion sent in the footage and messaged us to say: "I woke up to a lovely video from my son.

"He sent me this video this morning, a great catch on camera!"

Quite a catch indeed, for both the seal and for John for managing to get the incredible moment on camera!
