A video has emerged showing hooded thugs smashing up a car in Dublin city centre.
Gardai are investigating after the group of four surrounded a car and started smashing it using bats and rocks.
The men then start throwing things up at someone at a balcony who was shouting at them to stop.
The incident happened at Marrowbone lane flats on Saturday 30 March with a video later emerging on social media.
Gardai say the investigation is ongoing.
A spokesperson said: "Gardai are investigating a report of criminal damage to a vehicle at Marrowbone lane flats on Saturday 30th March at approximately 9.30pm.
"Investigations ongoing."
