Video shows aftermath of 'street race' as Lamborghini hits three people before crashing into tree

Video has emerged showing the aftermath of an alleged street race, where a Lamborghini is reported to have hit three people before crashing into a tree.

The accident is said to have occurred in East Java, Indonesia, after a Lamborghini lost control while allegedly racing a Ferrari.

The Jakarta Post reported that the car seen in the footage hit a middle-aged couple and another man, with one man's body being dragged with the out of control vehicle.

A police spokesperson was reported as saying that two of those struck by the car sustained serious injuries and broken legs.

The driver of the Lamborghini has been identified as 24-year-old Wiyang Lautner, who can be seen dangling out of the car's window.

Lautner has been detained at Dukuh Kupang police station, while a further investigation into the crash has been launched.
